While we provide upfront pricing, initial estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Final costs may vary upon physical inspection if additional faults are discovered.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments are due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency call-outs may be subject to a non-refundable call-out fee.

5. Liability and Warranties

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the project in question, and we are not liable for pre-existing faults not related to our scope of work.
